Bedtime routines

In order to relax before bed and hopefully get a better sleep I am going to get myself back into the routine of going to bed at the same time every night. In addition to this I am going to read for 30 minutes before I go to sleep. I am also going to make sure I turn off the tv and all other electronic devices at least 1 hour before I go to bed. I also have a lavender scented eye pillow I like to use just before going to sleep.
