Hi! :-)
To help me relax, I like to drink something like an herbal tea like Chamomille with honey, or a warm glass of milk with honey and cinnamon. If I am a bit hungry, I will add a bit of bran flakes. Sitting with a good book, either fiction or on spirituality, and one or two of my cats cuddling besides me make it a cozy, relaxing atmosphere to help me to sleep, plus thinking of loved ones filled my heart before going to sleep. <3
