Bedtime Prep

In the evening I like to enjoy a cup or two of camomile or peppermint tea. Making time to relax before bed is key to a good sleep for me. Making time to read before bed is a real treat, ideally, I’d like to make this habit more frequent. And the best before bedtime ritual is a spray of lavender scent on my pillow!
