Adding an Element of Relaxation to My Bedtime Routine

I have recently added a few things to my bedtime routine to help me be more relaxed. I burn a lavender scented candle before bed to get that soft and comforting arorma in the air, and also have it linger when I blow it out before bed. I have also begun showering before bed so that I don’t feel as rushed in the morning, which has in turn helped me to feel more relaxed a bedtime.
