5 Minutes To Reflect

I accepted your challenge and decided to go into my bedroom, shut the door, and just sit in total silence for 5 minutes or more. I could feel the stress from my busy day slowly fade and renewed energy seep into my body. My mind was blissfully blank, which was a most needed escape. To just sit quietly by myself in silence gave me a chance to unwind and gather strength enough to get through the rest of the day in a positive manner. I will make sure from this point on to set aside at least 5 minutes every day for this fitting purpose!
