3 Steps to Ward off the Flu

Way more than three ways to ward off the flu including:
-flu shot
-vitamin d supplements to boost your immune system
-make sure your diet includes less sugars, starches, and processed foods and more beneficial bacteria such as fermented foods
-get more sleep
-take more omega 3s
-wash your hands
-cover your mouth when you cough and sneeze
-reduce stress, and
-exercise

I do like their point about avoiding hospitals. It’s true that there is more germs there, but if you are getting a flu shot, sometimes you do need to stop in.
