We spend so much time in front of our computer screens, both at work and at home.  In order to avoid vision problems in the long run, optometrists recommend that you respect the 20-20-20 rule which is very simple: every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at something that is 20 feet away. It will give your eyes a well-deserved break!
