Take some time to stop and look at a beautiful landscape, smell a flower, look at your kids playing or simply admire your partner: all the simple things that don’t cost a cent but are so good for you. Often we so occupied by everyday life problems (work, bills, stress, etc), we forget about the little things that can make us happy. Admittedly, we shouldn’t pretend our worries don’t exist, but taking some time to stop, appreciate, and be grateful for the little things that surround us is something easy to do. Try it!
