We went out for barbeque spare ribs on Friday. I ordered a full rack of ribs but could only finish about half the ribs. They were actually tough and were not the fall off the bone type. I got a doggie bag to bring them home. They sat in the fridge until today as I was not really too keen on eating them as ribs because of their toughness. I got the idea of stripping the meat off the bone and mixing them with Spanish rice. So I made some Spanish rice and fried up the meat and then mixed the rice with the meat and fried it up for a bit longer. It actually turned up really tasty.
