On average it takes me around 10 mins to eat a meal but I tend to eat in separate parts so sometimes it is a bit slower. I know that I eat my breakfast within 10 mins but lunch is even more rushed with a quick snack and then late afternoon snacks and dinner is spread over a few hours with different parts.

I ate a bit slower today but I ate more frequently because I was home all day so I was just making myself little snacks that took me 10-15 mins to eat. Food is so yummy and it’s good to slow down and taste it sometimes.
