Okay so it is day 1… I timed the duration of my meals today. On average my meals took about 10 minutes to eat. Wow… I was surprised how quick I was but apparently it is better to eat slower. You get more energy and nutrition.

So i was eating my meals while timing and found that it took me 15 minutes on average to finish my meals. That is an extra five minutes that i absorbed nutrients and energy. Awesome, i can now say.
