Their are many symptoms of S.A.D. and it mainly affects people between October and April.
Some of the symptoms include
– lethargy and fatigue which may just mean low energy levels
– sadness, anxiety and depression
– withdrawal from friends and family

For myself, I just keep active and stay outside in the winter as much as I can, because being outside and feeling fresh air just makes me appreciate life and nature.
