While shopping at the grocery store I came across a clearance section for fruits and vegetables that were damaged, over-ripe, etc. It is the “second chance” shelf for produce before it gets tossed.
There was a bag of avocados on the shelf that were selling for just cents a piece. I purchased them with the intention of making one of my favourite indulgent but healthy snacks for myself and the kids. Avocado chocolate pudding. I mixed almond milk, cocoa, erythritol/stevia, and avocado to make this smooth creamy dessert.
