Ways to stay healthy during the holiday season

Keep moving- Find ways to fit in some holiday exercise even if it is doing a few walks around the block for 20 minutes.
Drink less Alcohol-You don’t need to deprive yourself completely but drink water in between drinks and this will keep you hydrated.
Relax your body and mind- Take some time to destress and do the things that relax you like yoga or reading a book so holiday stress doesn’t overwhelm you.
