I hate garbage and I hate polluting our planet. For years I have packed waste free lunches even before they were popular. I always got the coolest lunch box, then put in a little plastic divider tray, and voila, it was reusable and washable and environmentally friendly. Once in a while I do use a ziploc bag for sauces to prevent a mess, but I wash these and dry them and re-use them as many times as possible. My kids learned at a very early age to recycle. If there were no recycling bins at school, they would bring their recycling home to our bins.
