Green Bliss Smoothie

This is my favourite green smoothie recipe. It’s simple and delicious. Dairy is optional, so vegans can enjoy too. :)

For Green Bliss Smoothie put:

1 banana (remove peel)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp spirulina powder
1-2 leaf kale (remove stems) or 1 cup spinach
1/2 cup guava juice or orange juice
1/2 cup plain kefir or yogurt (optional)

into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy, cool, refreshing, nutritious and delicious Green Bliss Smoothie. I like to eat for breakfast.
