Outdoor exercise

Walking the dog four times a day has fulfilled my outdoor exercise requirement. My dog is certainly happier, and I find I am more relaxed and less stressed. I have literally taken time to smell the roses and appreciate the great outdoors and the company of a faithful friend. Since I walk four times daily, I am able to enjoy early morning sunrises, glowing evening sunsets and check the phases of the moon after dark. After inviting my husband to join us, we have enjoyed conversation and and true connection. Who knew walking could have so many benefits.
