I have a confession to make…I just ate some processed cracker chips! But i am not going to buy them anymore now! I am going to follow my daughter’s lead. When offered snacks her favorites are blueberries, grapes, bananas, apples, carrots and homemade hummus, and toast with homemade jam. I know these are the right choices and I offer them first to my daughter. I want the best for her. So why do I not offer the best to me as well? I vow to start. Because when you think about it, the best thing for her is to have me in the best health possible…so I will do it…for me…and her :)
