Ingredients:
1 small frozen ripe banana, peeled
2 cups baby spinach
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
*** This recipe tastes fantastic! I’m not a fan of spinach, but love the benefits of eating it. I cannot taste the spinach at all in this recipe. The banana and peanut butter do a great job of masking the taste.
