I get an hour long lunch daily, taking 10-15 minutes of that to bask in the sun is great for your own mental health. Whether it be sitting on a picnic table or walking thru the plaza it helps me everyday. I take a 2 week vacation in the sun every winter as well to rejuvenate myself and ease the stress out of my life. No matter what, I love the benefits from the sun while also protecting myself from the rays as well. We all need to take a few minutes for ourselves in our busy lives and feel guilt free about doing it!
