I did not find it hard to go without meat for a day. I find the less meat I eat the better I feel. I do not feel so bloated and weighed down. Much easier to move around, I do realize however that legumes are a good way to replace the meat. It does take a bit of effort to go without meat and to find a replacement. Tofu is another way to go you can pretty much replace the meat with tofu in many recipes.I like to cut it into strips and saute it with soya and some spices. You can also bread it and deep fry it and use a dipping sauce.
